First, let me explain my past with AoTTG.

Well, I first found AoTTG off of Markiplier (I normally didn’t watch Markiplier, and my friends had gotten me back into anime, and I’d been interested in seeing an AoT game at that time.) when I found AoTTG. It was still in its early stage, meaning it was before Feng entirely fixed the game because he got DDosed and lost ALL of his progress. When the game got fixed, I think maybe on May 1st ? Or some day around that ? I was extremely excited that the servers had been fixed, and I was able to play with all of my friends.

Scroll past two years, and I’m a fairly decent modder who’d been taught by other modders. I’d played the game for two years, and I was still pretty into modding the game.

Okay, now the actual “Why ?” part.

There’s been too much childish drama on this game, drama that consists of 22-year-olds getting their way and “roasting” people because they have nothing better to do (I mean, shit, you’re 22-years-old, aren’t you suppose to be the more “mature individual” ?), drama that consists of repetitive insults back and forth, drama that consists of copying other user’s names and framing them for things they haven’t done, and other drama that isn’t worth explaining because it’s fucking stupid.

I’ll admit, it’s been a fun ride playing AoTTG for so long. I had lots of fun getting better at the game, hell, I remember getting my first 2K. That was such a memorable moment for me, and getting modders who care about the game to protect it, and protect other players. Now it’s 2016, and most of the modders don’t care anymore. (Including me.)
